Perivoli farm, a term derived from the Greek language for 'garden', is one of the resort's proudest innovations. Overflowing with local Mediterranean produce, evergreen vegetable crops, fragrant herbs and colourful citrus, our very own sustainable fruit, vegetable, and herb garden offers everything from ruby tomatoes to delicious aubergines and courgettes, aromatic basil and rosemary, refreshing watermelons, and succulent sultana grapes. All this and more is produced sustainably in the 44,000m² grounds, and everything is destined for use at our resort's delectable restaurants, including your fresh eggs at breakfast.Guests are invited to participate in this one-of-a-kind farm-to-table concept and enjoy the soothing ben-efits of gardening, creating precious family moments to remember.

As much as we searched, we found no place more fitting than Cyprus, proudly known for its iconic Halloumi.
