Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort – Pet Policy

At Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort, we are pleased to welcome guests travelling with their dogs. To ensure a comfortable and refined experience for all our guests, the following policy applies.

 

Pets We Welcome

  • Small and decorative dog breeds
  • Certified guide and service dogs

 

Stay Conditions

  • A maximum of one (1) dog per room, with a maximum weight of 12kg, may be accommodated.
  • Advance reservation and approval are required before arrival.
  • Guests are kindly requested to provide valid veterinary documentation (veterinary passport, health certificate, vaccination records) in line with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and international transport regulations. The hotel may request these documents at any time.
  • Guests with mobility challenges are welcome to stay with their certified service dogs.

 

Pet Accommodation Fee

  • €175.00 for stays of 1–7 nights
  • €300.00 for stays of 8–14 nights

(Fees are non-refundable and payable prior to arrival or at check-in.)

Guide and service dogs are accommodated free of charge.

 

Designated Pet-Friendly Rooms

To ensure the highest level of comfort, pets may stay only in:

  • Residence Room
  • Residence Panorama Room

 

Resort Areas

  • To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the resort, dogs are welcomed within designated pet-friendly rooms, approved outdoor walking areas, and our natural seaside walking path, which runs alongside the sea and extends for more than 2 kilometres, offering a calm, scenic, and comfortable route for daily walks.

Restaurants, bars, dining venues, and all indoor and outdoor public areas are reserved for guests.

  • Certified guide and service dogs are welcome in the SPA areas, in line with applicable regulations.

 

Care, Housekeeping & Supervision

  • Dogs are to remain under their owner’s supervision at all times and should not be left unattended.
  • Bathing or grooming dogs in the room bathrooms, or using hotel towels, linen, or bedding for pets, is kindly discouraged.
  • Professional grooming services can be arranged upon request at an additional charge.
  • Guests are requested to coordinate with Housekeeping to arrange a convenient room servicing time.
  • Our team will be pleased to service the room when:
    • The dog is not present, or
    • The guest is present and the dog is secured on a leash or in a carrier.

 

 

Amenities

  • The hotel provides in-room pet amenities, including a bed, bowls, food/treats, and water for the duration of the stay, unless guests prefer to bring their own.
  • Special dietary needs can be accommodated upon request at an additional charge.

 

Responsibility & Conduct

  • Guests are fully responsible for their dog’s behavior throughout the stay, including any damage to hotel property or inconvenience to other guests.
  • Any related costs, including additional cleaning or repairs, will be charged accordingly.
  • The hotel reserves the right to review the stay arrangement should a dog’s behavior affect the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of others. Any related arrangements will be at the guest’s expense.

 

Final Notes

  • Confirmation of a pet stay is subject to completion of all required documentation and payment of the applicable fee.
  • Guests are kindly requested to acknowledge this policy upon arrival.
  • Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
