Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is delighted to welcome acclaimed chef Nick Honeyman for an exclusive culinary experience this June.

Born and raised in South Africa, Nick Honeyman pursued his passion for cooking across some of the world's most prestigious culinary destinations. His remarkable journey has taken him from Sydney's five-star hotels to renowned kitchens in Tokyo, Paris, and New Zealand, where he trained alongside Michelin-starred chefs including Pascal Barbot and Alain Passard.

Widely recognized for his innovative approach to modern cuisine, Nick has led award-winning restaurants throughout his career and served as Executive Chef of the luxury Sofitel Hotel. Today, he divides his time between his celebrated restaurants, Paris Butter in Auckland, awarded Two Hats, and Le Petit Léon in the South of France.

Known for combining refined French culinary techniques with the finest local ingredients, Nick creates dishes that are elegant, contemporary, and full of character. He is also the star of the television series "The Best of New Zealand with Nick Honeyman."
