George Ioannou: Korantina Homes creations are made by respect, reliability, transparency and trust

In the competitive field of land development, where trends constantly change and evolve globally, Korantina Homes has revealed its strategy for upcoming projects. The company has started showcasing its 2023 projects with a series of presentations that began on Thursday, March 30, and will continue until the end of April. These projects aim to set new standards in their category, showcasing the company’s commitment to staying ahead in the industry.

These presentations are taking place at the Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort in Cape Agios Georgios, showcasing cutting-edge digital technology. This technology is part of the company’s broader adoption of new tech solutions across all stages of design and construction in its projects. The first presentations were attended by media representatives, real estate agents, and legal advisors from across Cyprus.

During the first presentation, Mrs. Melina Rafti, the General Manager of Korantina Homes, highlighted the company’s significant role within the Cypriot economy through its activities in land development and tourism. She expressed optimism about the future, stating, ‘2023 will be a landmark year for the company.’

Behind what you see today and what the company holds for the future, Mrs. Rafti explained, there is a clear business plan and vision initiated by George Ioannou, the CEO of Korantina Homes. ‘Mr. George Ioannou, along with our highly skilled team, have managed to create a leading group that delivers tangible results and a positive outlook for the future, through a focused plan, hard work, and primarily a strong vision.’

The event also covered the second phase of the Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort, expected to be completed within the next five years, including an additional 200 luxury villas, a hospital, a school, and an international standard sports center. The start of the construction of the second tower of SOHO Resort in Kato Paphos and the new project, Royal Bay at the location of the Tombs of the Kings, along with a group of apartment buildings and office spaces in central Paphos, were also announced.

George Ioannou joined and greeted the event digitally, thanking attendees for their presence and expressing confidence that 2023 would be a successful year. ‘Welcome all to Cap St Georges Hotel and Resort, the heart of Korantina Homes,’ he said, I’m happy to have all of you here and am sure that in 2023, we will have very strong cooperation.’ Mr. George Ioannou also emphasized the aesthetic, construction, and management differentiation of the Group’s projects. ‘We create projects for people who choose to intertwine their lives with them. Our projects are built with respect, reliability, transparency, and trust in mind, and it’s with these materials that we build Korantina Homes’ future.’

After the presentation, attendees enjoyed a dinner hosted by the company, and the evening concluded with a musical performance by Giorgos Theofanous and Despina Olympiou.

The company’s project presentations will continue throughout April, inviting guests from various professional fields.
