On February 23rd and 24th we will have the pleasure to welcome the award-winning chef Edwin Vinke from the Netherlands for our Sky Stars Culinary event.

Chef Edwin Vinke, the owner of De Kromme Watergang since 1993, has continually elevated his craft to earn recognition and acclaim. His journey saw the attainment of his first Michelin star in January 2005, followed by a second in November 2011, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence. Named Chef of the Year by Gault Millau in 2011 and achieving the prestigious SVH Master Chef status in 2009, Chef Vinke’s dedication to his artistry and innovation has solidified his place among the culinary elite.

The award-winning chef sources the freshest seafood and homegrown produce, and creates a symphony of flavors in his cuisine.
