Hikaru Nakamura is a five-time U.S. Chess Champion and one of the highest-rated players in the world, known for his dynamic, aggressive style and mastery in all formats of chess. He earned the title of Grandmaster at just 15 years old, becoming one of the youngest ever to do so and has held a peak rating of 2816, placing him among the top players in history.
Beyond elite over-the-board competition, Nakamura is widely recognized for his role in popularising chess globally. He has a massive online following as a streamer and content creator, inspiring millions of fans and chess enthusiasts around the world.
