On June 23rd and 24th, Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort will welcome the award-winning chef Antonio Arcieri for the Sky Stars culinary event.

Chef Antonio Arcieri embarked on his culinary journey in 2007 at the renowned restaurant Miramar, working alongside Paco Pérez. He further honed his skills at the renowned restaurant El Bulli under the guidance of Ferran Adrià, where he mastered the art of avant-garde molecular cuisine. Later, he gained valuable experience at Azurmendi with Eneko Atxa. In 2016, Chef Arcieri assumed the role of head chef at a restaurant founded by Paco Pérez, and within a year, he earned his first Michelin star.

Chef Antonio Arcieri’s culinary philosophy is deeply rooted in his profound respect for nature, which serves as the source of his finest ingredients.
