Western Orientation
Thanks to its west-facing position, Cap St Georges enjoys long, warm afternoons and spectacular views of the sun setting into the sea every evening. Every villa faces west towards the sea, with large expanses of glazing giving natural light and wide-open panoramic sea views, while external shading helps maintain a balanced internal climate.
Yeronisos Island, also known as Cleopatra’s island, rests just off the coast at Cap St Georges, catching the light as the sun sinks into the sea. Cleopatra is said to have prayed here, and the island, which is currently part of an archaeological dig, is considered the most significant Ptolemaic site outside of Egypt.
Famous for its sea caves, banana plantations, crystal clear waters, the remote wilderness of the Akamas Peninsula and the breeding grounds of loggerhead and green turtles, Western Cyprus is a delight to visit.
