Cap St Georges occupies a prime location on the Sea Caves coast, facing west out to sea and the setting sun. It is one of the highest quality developments in Cyprus. For photos of the site and environs, please see our gallery.
The site is 12 hectares in total, with a maximum distance from the sea of 250m - a 3-5 minute walk from the villas at the top.
The change in height from top row to front row villas is 28m, allowing the developer to terrace the site and give all the villas tremendous views out to sea, even those that are not on the front row.

Phase-A
The 12 villas in Phase A are due to be delivered, complete with fit-out, by July 2011. The Clubhouse will be delivered in September 2011. The elevation of villas on the second row is 6m higher than the front row, providing excellent west-facing views out to sea, whichever villa you choose.
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse offers villa owners and their guests a range of facilities and services all year round. Occupying a prime seafront location with direct access to a sandy beach, it is a contemporary, state-of-the-art building in keeping with the Cap St Georges style.
