5 sunsets around the world to die for

We all have different ideas of what we are looking for when we are trying to create the perfect holiday memory but one thing most of seem to agree on is that a perfect sunset while you are in a relaxed holiday mood  is an image that will last with us for a lifetime.

With such a diversity of options we have listed 5 sunsets around the world to die for. Some of the choices are iconic locations and of course immensely popular but for good reason and others that we have listed offer the opportunity to experience an amazing memory in an unspoilt location, so don’t tell everyone !

Seychelles – Silhouette Island

The outline of Silhouette  is a wonderful sight to behold as the sun sets behind Mount Dauban. This paradise island only has a population of 130 people and had until recently been difficult to visit as a result of the coral reefs  making it difficult to land by boat. Most tourists arrive by helicopter and can view the unspoilt vista from the only hotel on the island, making it one of the top sunsets around the world to die for.

Australia – Ayers Rock

This iconic rock is at the base of Uluru and when the clouds work their way across the skies at sunset the reflection of the deep red and orange hues of the rock create an amazing projection of colour in the sky.  The location and sheer vastness of the Australian landscape creates a vision that will last a long time in the memory.

Western Cyprus – Cap St Georges

The luxury villa development of Cap St Georges is the perfect place to view one of the most amazing unspoilt sunset s. To take advantage of the view, every villa faces out towards the sea and as the sun goes down over Yeronisos Island which is just off the coast at Cap St Georges, the amazing natural spectacle and beauty of seeing the sun disappear into the sea is a must do activity
